Steel Cliche
For printing, we need plate, which carries design on it. There are three kind of plates used internationally.
Hardened Thick Steel Plate
Photo Polymer Plate
Thin Steel Plate
Hardened Thick Steel Plate
These plates are widely used internationally. Very special high quality alloy steel is used. It is hardened, ground and lapped to achieve very flat & fine surface. Because of hardened & lapped surface of high quality steel, abrasion is avoided.
Steel Hardness - 62 to 65 HRC Plate Thickness - 5 to 10 mm. Etch Depth - 18 to 40 microns Life of Plate - 10 lacks prints.
